Will Smartspanner work for my company?

Can you tailor the application to my particular needs?

Smartspanner cannot be tailored only for your needs. We love to hear from our clients and all registered users have a form to send us requests for new features. We develop the most popular features and make automatic updates for all users.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Smartspanner uses a secure connection when you log in to encrypt the link between your PC or tablet and our servers. You can check this as with any website by looking for https:// in the address and the secure padlock logo on your browser.

Can I use smartspanner on my smartphone/tablet?

Yes you can download our apps for iOS and Android phones and use them for free with your smartspanner account.

If I cancel my subscription, what happens to the data?

You can download all your data into excel using our reporting tools and delete your account with Smartspanner.

I don’t have a company credit card, are there other ways to pay?

We can arrange for an account to be set up and paid without a credit card in GBP, EUR, USD, NZD or AUD. Please contact us for details.

Where can I get an invoice?
